XOR or ⊕ - a type of logical disjunction on two operands that results in a value of true if the operands, or disjuncts, have opposite truth values. A simple way to state this is "one or the other but not both."

How to mix an isotonic drink
WHO Drink
1 litre boiled off water, 2,6g sodium chloride (1/4 teaspoon table salt), 13.5g glucose (dextrose or 2 tablespoons of honey), 2.9g Trisodium citrate (1/4 teaspoon baking powder) and 1.5g potassium chloride (100ml orange juice)
